Convivio Summer Schools.
The life of a research community requires that new people enter it continuously, with their new ideas, new energy and new enthusiasm, but also let the culture of the community evolve without breaking it.
Convivio Summer Schools play a fundamental role in establishing a community as they allow researchers from different disciplines and cultures to create links that will enforce the whole community, to listen, discuss and present hot aspects of the field, and to design new interaction models together.
Convivio organises an annual Summer School, with a rich and diverse potential for learning.
Convivio’s fifth Summer School was held in Edinburgh in August 2006.
